  14. DGA’s ROLE IN WORLD LNG PRODUCTION DGA IS A PRODUCER AND HAS ITS OWN OIL AND GAS FIELDS in Equatorial Guinea In 2015, India purchased over 1.2 million MT of LNG from Equatorial Guinea. According to the 2016 BP Statistical Review of World Energy, Equatorial Guinea has proved natural gas reserves of 1.3 trillion cubic feet, and exports 5.0 billion cubic meters per year of natural gas. DGA is in JV partnership with the Government of Equatorial Guinea for over $6 Billion of Oil and gas Reserves. The Government owns 25% of the partnership. DGA owns 37.5% of the production and 100% 0f the marketing rights, along with substantially larger amounts of unexplored reserves in Block 01. DGA is also in discussions with other entities on a Joint Venture Agreement for an additional $8 Billion of Oil and Gas reserves in the area. 14

  15. India’s needs: • As stated in the Vision 2030 Report, India is currently importing about 10 million MT per year of LNG, and needs to import about an additional 20 million MT per year of LNG by 2030. • But India also wants: • The LNG to be the lowest cost possible – below the world market prices routinely offered. • Guaranteed supply for 20 years without concerns about political instability that could disrupt the flow of LNG • The ability to purchase additional LNG supplies as needed at below market prices. We are working closely with the Government of India and its undertakings to supply LNG to India to meet these needs 15

  16. In Conclusion: India currently is importing about 10 million MT/year of LNG and has a need for an additional 20 million MT/year by 2030. Some of this need will be met through our own production but the demand is more than we can produce. We welcome working with LNG and Oil producers who would like to partner with us in meeting these requirements into the Indian market. 16
