  6. ICMA Update • ICMA Code of Ethics review • Structured review of the Code. Taking one tenet per year, the review will be ongoing over a period of years. • Tenet 7 reviewed with changes to guidelines in 2013. • Tenet 12 is now being reviewed. • ICMA Student Chapters • Board to engage state and affiliate associations in developing joint strategies to increase diversity in membership and leadership

ICMA Update ICMA’s 100th Anniversary: • Member Task Force • Year-long anniversary culminating in Charlotte • Check out the anniversary timeline at http://icma.org/anniversary • Share your story, video, or audio by clicking on “The ICMA Experience” E-Publishing: • Phasing out of most printed publications • Emphasis on e-books • Shorter length/focused content

ICMA Update Task Force on Financing ICMA/Potential Dues Structure Change: • Task Force recommendations received by the board at Boston conference. • Approved TF recommendation to change the dues rates for department head affiliates--From salary based to a flat rate of $200 • Group rates based on population size - for a fixed membership rate based on population a certain number of memberships would be included

ICMA Update Performance Measurement Product: • Provide affordable performance measurement tools to communities • Current system which can be very labor intensive/not as timely as desired. • Partner with a service provider to provide easy tools to collect and report data, ad-hoc reporting, scorecards, and visual analytics • Partnership finalized and new software product being rolled out.
