  4. Dedicated practice brings both a remarkable continuity and an extraordinary depth of awareness • Gain recurrent recognitions and ultimately a continuous presence • Use more activities as opportunities for awakening so spiritual practices becomes a part of every activity

Ecstatic vision and the Dark Night of the Soul • Sees everything as sacred • Eyes of the soul open to see this • Ecstasy of this gift and the pain of its passing • Loss of these experiences can be devastating • Dark night of the soul • Only one cure: to continue practicing, refining your awareness and purifying your heart
