  4. Curriculum Form Extension • Curriculum has extended the deadline to submit the required DE paperwork to October 30th, 2009 for Spring courses. Following this one time reprieve, faculty will not be permitted to teach DE versions without having submitting the required paperwork by the regularly scheduled deadlines.

  5. DE Coding – Proposed Changes • M72 – Fully Online Courses • M75 – Hybrid DE Courses (51% or More Online). Rolls up into M72 for the purposes of State reporting. • M76 – Hybrid Courses (50% or Less). Does not roll up into M72.

  6. Curriculum Changes RE: DE • DE Courses approved in mediated form. • DE Instructors approved by the DE Committee – would no longer go to curriculum.
