4. Tardy Class Procedure • Pd. 1/HR - Do not allow in without tardy to school pass or pass from the office. • Pds. 2-8 – Allow entrance and give consequence for being late to class. (Pd. 1  is the late to school marker (TU) on attendance, which is why it is different from the other periods.)

5. Grade Input Reminders • Current grading window closes Wed Dec. 11 at 6:00PM • Remember to add comments to any Fs on progress reports and report cards

7. Gearing up for Keystones Some things you should know: · We are following an ARCH homeroom schedule, with homeroom first, on Dec. 10th. · The library will be closed first to fourth period to Dec. 12th. If there are changes, we will let you know. · On Dec. 9th and 10th, the library and D100, B102, and B114 will be used for testing. They will be occupied until 4th period. (DECEMBER 9TH UNTIL PERIOD 6) · Please be sure that testing students that do not have their id get their id during homeroom. · Help in making sure that all students on the list or with passes get sent to the proper testing location.

December 9, 2013 Keystone Testing Schedule • An announcement will be made at 10:10 am for students to report to the testing locations for the Keystone Literature Test. • Students will be testing periods 1, 4, 5, and 6 (Periods 1/4 Testing ) (Periods 5/6 extended time) • Lunch passes will be provided for students as needed

13. Holiday Homeroom Challenge (Holiday Food Drive)! Mr. Deardorff • Dates: • December 3 through December 18, 2013 • Goal: • Each homeroom collects 25-50 lbs. of food • Donations: • Water Street Rescue Mission • Collection: • Wednesday, December 18th by the McCaskey Campus Ski and Board Club and the Student Senate FACTS: Over the past thirteen years our campus has collected between 40 and 43 tons (yes - that is over 85,000 pounds!) of food. Over the past three years our campus has collected over 13 tons of food to donate to the Water Street Rescue Mission for those less fortunate around the holiday season as well as throughout the year. This year the Water Street Rescue Mission is again in dire need of food to replenish their dwindling food stock. We need your help!

15. McDonald’s Fundraiser

16. McDonald’s/La Cocina Fundraisers The Post Prom Parent Committee is hosting two dinner events and they would love for you to come out and support by having dinner! All proceeds help to provide food, activities and prizes during post prom.    *However, they are also in need of a few volunteers to help and would greatly appreciate any time that could be given: Tuesday, December 10 – McDonald’s on Franklin St. from 4 – 7 pm.  One hour increments 4 – 5pm 5 – 6 pm 6 – 7 pm Tuesday, December 17 – La Cocina at 111 E. King St. from 4 – 8 pm.  One hour increments 4 – 5pm 5 – 6 pm 6 – 7 pm 7 – 8 pm Duties would include greeting customers, busing tables, counter work at McDonald’s, no frying! Please let Mrs. Susanne Anderson know if you are able to give an hour at one or both events.  We encourage those of you who teach seniors to have their parents get involved.  Parents can email Mrs. Anderson (slanderson@lancaster.k12.pa.us) if they are able to help.
