  3. OUR ORGANIZATION • WE ARE A NON-PROFIT INTERCULTURAL SOCIAL ORGANIZATION PROVIDING SERVICES FOR THE ROMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ALL OVER SPAIN AND ALSO IN EUROPE. • OUR MISSION IS THE INTEGRAL PROMOTION OF THE ROMA COMMUNITY FROM THE RESPECT TO ITS CULTURAL IDENTITY

BIRTH RATE HIGHLY ABOVE AVARAGE MORE THAN 7 OUT OF 10 YOUNG ROMA OVER 16 (71,2%) DIDN´T FINISH PRIMARY SCHOOL REMARKABLE ADVANCES IN THE LAST 30 YEARS SUBJECT TO DISCRIMINATION (National Statistics)

  7. OBJECTIVE Access to employment in equal terms Improvement of Roma Population employability. Prejudices and discriminatory practises suffered by Roma men and women awareness The spread of more active measures regarding to Roma population
