  3. OUR ORGANIZATION • WE ARE A NON-PROFIT INTERCULTURAL SOCIAL ORGANIZATION PROVIDING SERVICES FOR THE ROMA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ALL OVER SPAIN AND ALSO IN EUROPE. • OUR MISSION IS THE INTEGRAL PROMOTION OF THE ROMA COMMUNITY FROM THE RESPECT TO ITS CULTURAL IDENTITY

  4. ROMA COMUNITY: SPANISH SCENERY AROUND 700.000 ROMA PEOPLE (45% in Andalucía, in the South)) YOUNG POPULATION: 45% IS UNDER 16. BIRTH RATE HIGHLY ABOVE AVARAGE MORE THAN 7 OUT OF 10 YOUNG ROMA OVER 16 (71,2%) DIDN´T FINISH PRIMARY SCHOOL REMARKABLE ADVANCES IN THE LAST 30 YEARS SUBJECT TO DISCRIMINATION (National Statistics)

  7. OBJECTIVE Access to employment in equal terms Improvement of Roma Population employability. Prejudices and discriminatory practises suffered by Roma men and women awareness The spread of more active measures regarding to Roma population

  15. 2000-2009 Results Number of attended people: 51.710 Number of achieved contracts: 36.030 Number of contracted / hired people: 17.071 Number of trained people: 17.447 - Trained by FSG: 11.432 - Trained by external organizations: 6.015 Number of people who got their first employment: 4.005 Number of agreements signed with Public Administrations: 192 Number of companies which have formalized agreements with this program: over 400
