2. What is my Motivation? Why do I want to achieve or accomplish my goal? How will I benefit from accomplishing my goal? REWARDS Write down three reasons why I want to accomplish this goal or how achieving the goal will improve or enhance your life.
3. How will I reach my goal – how will I do it? What steps do I need to take? Are the steps specific and measurable? Come up with at least 3 steps that you can take to achieve your goal.
4. What can trip me up? • Write down three things that you know could trip you up, slow you down, or distract you from reaching your goal.
