  4. History • BBJ Pipes Industry was incorporated in 1991 as a private limited company under section 32 of Companies Ordinance 1984. • Started production of steel pipes up to 2” diameter in the year 1992. • Enhanced production capacity in the year 1994 up to 6” diameter. • Enhanced production capacity in the year 1997 up to 12” diameter

In The Year 2007 • Installed state of the art machinery to produce HDPE, MDPE, PPRC Pipes & Fittings from 20 mm – 450mm. • In house laboratory to carry out different tests of thermoplastic piping system. • Installed high speed mills to produce Steel Tubes & Pipes from ½” diameter up to 6” diameter.

BBJ Today! • Manufacturing a wide range of steel and thermoplastic piping system. • Over 300 employees. • Turn over of approximately Rs. 4.00 Billion. • In the year 2013, BBJ Pipe Industries has been converted into a Public limited entity. • BBJ has been serving the nation since last two decades in the wide range of API 5L Steel Line Pipe, MS Pipes, Steel Tubes & Pipes, HDPE, MDPE, PPRC Piping System.

  8. Achievements • SNGPL – 75 % Pipe Line Supplied. • SSGC – 75% Pipe Line Supplied. • Only company in the country approved to manufacture ERW PSL 2 Grade X-60 pipes and have supplied to SSGC. • Only company in the country to supply 180mm & 250mm HDPE Pipe to SSGC.

  10. Production Capacity • BBJ has the capacity to manufacture 100,000 metric tons of steel pipes. • BBJ has the capacity to manufacture 15,000 metric tons of HDPE, MDPE, PPRC pipes.

  11. Certification • ISO 9001 : 2008 • API 5L for PSL 1 & PSL 2 up to Grade X-60. • API 15-LE (In process)

  12. Quality Control To produce quality pipes of all types is our primary objective and customer’s satisfaction is given priority. Our products undergo rigorous quality checks at each stage of manufacturing from raw material to finish pipes in accordance with prescribed standards & specifications.
