  1. Bulldog Softball 2017-18 Summer Workouts

  2. Weight Room • Weight room hours for the summer will be Mon. and Wed. 7-9 AM • It is recommended to show up both days to stay on top of your strength conditioning • Champions are made during the off-season

  3. Conditioning • Conditioning days are Tue. and Thur. 7-9 AM • It is imperative you stay in top shape during the summer • Champions are made in the off-season

  4. Expectations • RankOne online forms must be completed before the end of the first week of school • Physical must be turned in before the end of first week of school • When is the first week of school? July 30th thru Aug. 3rd

  5. Consequences • You will be removed from the class • You will lose 5pts per day from your tryout score for every day you are not cleared (Green) on RankOne beginning Aug. 6th

  6. 2019 Goals • District Champions—Except no less!!! • Bi-District Champions—Can you? • Write your own history, each and every day. • Treat every game like a playoff game. • Go undefeated in district!!! • 527

  7. Summer Travel or League Play • Try to find a team to join for the summer • It’s fun • It’s practice • It keeps you active

  8. Commitment and the 4 Seasons • I will be there for YOU!!! • Will you be there for YOU!!! • Coach Forbes says there are 3 seasons for your sport • I say there are 4 • Pre-season • District • Post-season • And Off-Season—Where Champions are Made!!!
