Willow Oak Plantation Replat of Lots 202 and 203 • Plat was approved by BoCC and the plat recorded on May 30, 2006. • Purpose of the replat is to correct the finished floor elevations of Lot 202 (from 82.40 to 81.80) and Lot 203 (from 81.75 to 81.52). • Number of lots will not increase. • No adverse impact on minimum flood elevation requirements or gravity sewer flow.
