  4. Why did I do it? Well… S.O.S! library patron

  6. More importantly: Library computer literacy classes helped me transform from a “computer phobic” user who just muddled along with my computer into someone who now feels confident at her keyboard! -Audrey B., CET student

  7. What have we done so far? • 10 classes • 120 students • Intro to Computers, Word, • Library Catalog • Class Evaluations • Pre-tests/Post-Tests

  8. And? “More classes please!” “I learned something new!” Pre/post-tests and class evaluations indicate over 90% improvement and satisfaction. “Enjoyed – inspired to continue” “Very helpful!” “It’s so nice to be in a roomful of other people like me!” “Instructor was so patient!”
