  5. How do they compare? – 4a TG4a was completed in record breaking time. Baseline complete: March 2005 Ready for letter ballot: November 2005 Only 8 Months to a Iron out the bumps! Phew, Well done guys! A tight schedule but in the end: A quality standard

  6. How do they compare? – 3c TG3c Targets Baseline complete: November 2007 If we do as well as TG4a, i.e. only 8 Months Ready for letter ballot: July 2008. This is a tough target. 3c is much more complex than 4a Our Actual Target Ready for letter ballot: December 2007 Whatwasthat!!!

  7. Summary Aggressive Timetable Yes, that’s good. We need to keep our foot to the floor But… We should not rush out a draft standard We should not even think about having a draft standard ready for letter ballot before end of July 2008 meeting
