  3. California’s Water Challenge? • Not, finding more water but using water efficiently or not at all when not necessary. • Stormwater/Dry Weather runoff capture and reuse • Conservation • Recycled Water • Groundwater/Surface Water Storage • Imported Water as an Emergency Supply

This is a local challenge One that must include • Education • Technology • A watershed approach or planning that includes collaboration with others, often many others. • State and local governments set standards • Education is constant marketing and adjusting to circumstances • Technologies can lead the way to new and improved standards • Planning and sharing responsibilities is key
