Ephesians 6:10-18 “10Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.”

Fighting “Jihad” is a Muslim word the meaning of which has become well known. More than 100 verses in the Koran suggest fighting and killing. For Example, Surah 9:14-15, “Fight them; Allah will chastise them at your hands and bring them to disgrace, and assist you against them and relieve the hearts of a believing people, And remove the rage of their hearts. And Allah turns (mercifully) to whom he pleases. And Allah is Knowing, Wise.” Another example is found in Surah 17:33, “And kill not the soul which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause.”
The Ka‘bah The Ka‘bah at Mecca is to the Muslims the most sacred place on earth. The Ka‘bah is an oblong massive structure 55 feet in length, and 45 feet in breadth and about 55 feet high. The ritualistic circling of the Ka‘bah is believed to forgive sins (Surah 2:125, 144, 149, 150, 158, 191, 196, 217; 3:96; 5:2, 95, 97; 8:34, 35; 9:7, 17-19, 28; 14:37; 17:1; 22:25ff.; 28:57; 29:67; 48:25, 27; 52:4).
Paradise “One would think that Muslim women would feel sort-changed in the afterlife. Paradise for men will include access to maidens: ‘pure companions’ (2:25; 3:15; 4:57), ‘fair ones with wide, lovely eyes’ (44:54; 52:20—or ‘beautiful, big and lustrous eyes’—Ali; cf. 55:72) . . . who are ‘good and beautiful’ (55:70), ‘virgins’ (56:36), ‘whom neither man nor jinni [supernatural creatures] will have touched before them’ (55:56, 74). Such lascivious, lustful appeals to sensual and sexual passions are transparent—and typical of male authors unguided by a higher power” (Dave Miller, The Quran Unveiled, p. 205).

The previous Scriptures Are Abrogated This is the heading of Section 13 in Surah 2. Verse 106 says, “Whatever message We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring one better than it or one like it. Knowest thou not that Allah is Possessor of power over all things?”
Revelation 22:18-19 “18For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.”

Muhammad Claimed Superior to Christ Surah 5:19 says, “O People of the Book, indeed Our messenger has come to you explaining to you after a cessation of the messengers.” A footnote says, “Several centuries had elapsed since the appearance of any prophet in any country when the great Arabian Prophet made his appearance. No nation in the world claims the appearance of any messenger in it between the advent of Jesus Christ and that of the Holy Prophet Muhammad. The world was, as it were preparing itself for the advent of the greatest of all prophets, who was to be a messenger to all the nations of the world” (fn. 680, p. 247).
Muhammad Claimed Superior to Christ Surah 33:40 claims Muhammad is the last of the prophets. A “seal” is “the last part” or “portion.” “Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but he is the messenger of Allah and the Seal of the prophets.” Surah 53:6-7 claims perfection for Muhammad and superiority, “The Lord of Strength. So he attained to perfection, And he is in the highest part of the horizon.”
Denial Of Christ Denial of the Deity of Christ, Surah 19:88-89, “And they say: The Beneficent has taken to Himself a son. Certainly you made an abominable assertion!” Denial of the Death of Christ, Surah 4:157-159. Denial of the Resurrection of Christ, Surah 10:37. See footnote 1126.
Acts 3:18-26 “18But those things, which God before had showed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled. 19Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. 22For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you. 23And it shall come to pass, that every soul, which will not hear that prophet, shall be destroyed from among the people. 24Yea, and all the prophets from Samuel and those that follow after, as many as have spoken, have likewise foretold of these days. 25Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. 26Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities.”
Hebrews 1:1-8 “1God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high; 4Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. 5For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. 7And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. 8But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom.”
Ephesians 1:18-23 “18The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to usward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.”
