  3. Major materials & services • Yarn; • Greige Fabric; • Dyes & Chemicals; • Packing Materials; • Engg Store, Spares & Consumables; GHCL

  4. DEPT STRUCTURE • New market / customer / product to be added to increase additional volume of 4 Lacsmtr / month; • Sale prices to be increased by minimum 1% in both Export and Domestic segments; • 2nd sales to be under control at present level. GHCL

  5. APPROVAL • Cost to be reduced in following areas by minimum highlighted % - • Raw Materials - 1.15% • Logistics - 1.00% • WC Interest Cost - 1.00% GHCL
