We hope the ship what we need is as follows: Firstly, tonnage of Vessel is about 6000 tons. Secondly, classification of Vessel is one level Is these any ship suitable? Reply Dear Sirs, Thanks for your letter of December 6, 2008. As you asked, we are happy to answer you that have such a ship as you need. It’s name “Xuefu Hao” and it’s tonnage of Vessel is at 6000 tons, position of the Vessel now keep in good repair ,classification of Vessel is one level. Fortunately the ship is at Qingdao now. Performing: “Xuefu Hao” made of 2000. 2. Cargo: 10000 piece packing: 100 bags. 3. L/P: Qingdao, China. 4. D/P: Osaka, Japan. 5. Lycn: 15th-30th December, 2008. 6. Freight rate: USD1800. 7. Detention charges at the rate of USD 2500 per day or pro-rata if time lost in waiting for Cargo and documents at both ends. Detention charges incurred at loading port, if any, to be settled together with freight
payment and which incurred at discharge port, to be settled before commence of discharge 8. Full freight wb paid to owners nominated bank. 9. Any dues/ taxes on vessel, on freight to be for Owner’s account. Any dues/ taxes on Cargo to be for charterers’ account. 10.
