FCC/RHCPP: Revised Timelines & next steps Complete negotiation of contracts with sites Present new addendum and explain Determine the install time frame and “go-live” date with the site. Submit completed contract with new addendum to OHN SharePoint portal for review. If you have your revised contract agreements submitted by October 8th, A. OHN will have your contract reviewed by Cathy and Don and ready for Legal Counsel review on Monday October 12th B. Cathy will ready the 466 package to send to USAC once legal review is complete and final contracts are signedTarget for submission to USAC – October 16th
The Contract Addendum The addendum is intended to gather all of the information from the MSA that must be verified by OHN and USAC into one place for review The addendum was not intended to add new information to the MSA The new addendum becomes a part of the site/vendor contract replacing the need to attach the RFP and vendor response.
OHN / Vendor Agreement The agreement will address three issues: OHN agrees to pay 15% of the non-recurring costs (you can reference this agreement in your site contract) OHN agrees to process invoices in a timely manner. For contracts involving 1x construction charges, in the event that the customer terminates service because they are no longer eligible for subsidy at that location, OHN will be given a transferable option to continue service at that location to a successor eligible entity. This agreement can be referenced in the site contract OHN will have this agreement ready for signing the week of October 12th.
Vendor contacting possible new sites OHN appreciates vendors telling sites about the OHN Rural Health Care Pilot Program. OHN cannot ask vendors to solicit participants in the program nor can we provide you with materials to give them. OHN is very willing to talk to sites you refer at your own initiative.
