1- Rosh Hashanah is the start of the Jewish people’s calendar. 2- We eat apples and honey or apples dipped in honey so that our year is round like an apple and as sweet as honey!
3- Friends & family come to your house or you go to their house to have a feast to celebrate Rosh Hashanah and the new year. 4- Rosh Hashanah is a happy time but a serious time as well ,it is a happy time because it’s the beginning of a new year and serious time because its just before Yom Kippur . we must think about how we going to correct the bad things that we did last year.

PEASECH STORY Once upon a time there was a evil person named pharaoh he was the king of Egypt . He kept the Jewish people as slaves, the Jewish people worked all day and all night. One day pharaoh told the Jewish people to build pyramids. They got torched every day and every night , one day Moshe saw one of the slaves getting whipped he went over to the Egyptian and said STOP IT!!!!!!!!! The Egyptian said no Moshe said it once again STOP IT!!!!!!!!! The Egyptian didn’t listen so Moshe took the whip and started whipping the Egyptian until his death. Moshe ran away and he went into a cave he saw something miraculous it was a burning bush but the bushes leaves were still on it and green suddenly the bush starts talking to him it says : MOSHE I AM THE LORD YOUR G-D KING OF THE UNIVERSE GO BACK TO THE PALACE AND TELL PHARAOH TO LET YOUR PEOPLE GO : So Moshe went to the palace and told pharaoh to let his people numerous times but he still said NO! every time . One day Hashem told Moshe that he must tell pharaoh that something bad will happen to him and his people if he doesn’t let the Jewish people go. So he went to pharaoh and said PHARAOH LET MY PEPLE GO HE SAID NO! Then Hashem sent the Ten Plagues upon Egypt the first one was BLOOD!! The rivers, lakes, seas, oceans & water all turned into blood Moshe asked pharaoh the question pharaoh still said NO! Second plague was Frogs. Frogs roamed the lands of Egypt, Moshe asked the question pharaoh still said NO! Third plague was Lice everybody was very itchy scratching here and scratching there , Moshe asked the question again pharaoh still said NO! The fourth plague was Wild Beasts. The sixth plague was Boils every one was scratching the constantly painful boils , Moshe asked the question pharaoh still said NO! The seventh plague was hail but this hail was different to any other piece of hail this hail had fire on it and the hail was travelling vey fast downwards, Moshe asked the question pharaoh still said NO! The eighth plague was Locusts . The locusts ate all the crops, Moshe asked the question pharaoh still said NO! The ninth plague was darkness no one could see a thing , Moshe asked the question again pharaoh still said no Moshe said are you sure this is the worst one pharaoh said I'm sure the tenth & final plague is death of the first born. The next morning pharaoh woke up and went to check on his son and he was dead pharaoh was crying and he was sad , Moshe said pharaoh please let my people go pharaoh said OK!!!!!!!!!!!! So the Jews packed up and left then suddenly pharaoh changed his mind and sent his solders after them. The Jews saw they were getting chased so they went faster and faster eventually they got to a dead point Moshe heard a voice it said put your stick in the water so he did the sea opened the Jews ran through the sea and when the Egyptians got there the sea closed .
