  8. Accounting 101 Folder Organization • Open Windows Explorer • Click on My Documents • Create a Folder for Accounting 101 • Create a Sub-folder for WebCT • Create a Sub-folder for Templates

  9. Accounting 101 Download a Template • Goto Course Materials Click on Worksheet Click on Save Navigate to folder, check File name, Save in, and Save as type Click Save • You can use these for homework and quizzes • Do this when you get home.

  12. FILE TYPES • Save ONLY as .DOC for Word Processing • Or .XLS for worksheet • I can’t read Office 2007 or Word Perfect • They will both save as .doc or .xls • This is a common issue in industry • Companies do not upgrade in unison
