Interoperability Regulation (4/4) • Baseline for the verification of compliance: • EC declaration of conformity or suitability for use of constituents • EC declaration of verification of systems ANSPS must provide (EC declaration + technical file) to their NSA. Airspace Users not concerned (use NPA).
Execution of Interoperability Mandates - Deliverables • Initial Plan: defines the development plan of deliverables requested by the EC mandate • Regulatory Approach: analyses the objective and scope of the implementing rule and provides a preliminary impact assessment • Draft Final Report: provides a proposed draft implementing rule and the draft justification material • Final Report: provides the draft implementing rule and the justification material
