He has been intimately associated with Electronics Industry and Trade for last 30 years. • He was Advisor to the Managing Director, Samsung India Electronics Ltd and is presently on the Board of Next Retail India Ltd., largest Electronic Retail chain in India . He is on the board as an Advisor to Plug IN Sales Ltd., a retail electronic chain, Onicra Credit Rating Agency Ltd. and others. • He is the Ombudsman for Philips India Ltd. CE Division. • He has held various positions in his illustrious career. As the Chairman of the Study for “globalization of Indian Television Industry”, conducted by Arthur D’little, Department of Electronics and ICICI, he inspired the Indian companies to become globally competitive. • As the Chairman of the Project Review Steering Group of the Ministry of Information Technology, he was instrumental in channelizing funds for small and medium scale industry & create R&D facilities in Electronics to make Indian companies globally competitive. • His strong sense of belonging, selfless commitment, transparency in his dealings, integrity and respect for others has endeared him to everyone in the industry. He stands out as a dependable and neutral figure in this competitive industry.   5. Ms. Chandrika Nair – Mentor • Chandrika Nair, a post graduate of Literature from university of Mumbai with a bachelor degree in education, has been a counselor. • She has been assisting K.S. Raman since inception. She is diploma in HR and has been instrumental in placing 1000 candidates at all the levels. She has extensive experience in recruitment. • 2. Mr. S.A. Chari - Sr. Consultant, Delhi • Chari, a is Post Graduate in P.R. has over three decades of experience in start-up operations, sales and Marketing & Financial Services. His assignments includes over 18 years with Xerox India and the last assignment with Xerox was as Director, Marketing Operations and Corporate Accounts. • He also spent a over 3 Years in the Credit card Industry ,as Manager Member Services for Diners Club of India (P) ltd. • His last assignment for over 7 years has been in the Financial Services Industry pioneering the concept of individual and SME Ratings in India. • He is well trained on the Management concepts including Strategic Management from MDI Gurgaon and Executive Development Programme from Rank Xerox UK
