Proposed Solution "Rescue the fundamental values to strengthen democracy and maintain peace"
General Objective • Teach, promote and disseminate, among youth groups, • knowledge and tools for leadership, • conflict resolution technics, • Communication tools and soft skills, • familiarity of rule, regulations and the law • practice democracy values, • so they can become facilitators and active agents in the solution of their community´s, and the country's problems • thus promoting understanding and strengthen the capacity to live in peace.
Specific objectives • Promote education and training in conflict resolution • Support the youth, community leaders in the resolution of disputes achieve a common good • Demand transparency • Collect relevant information for evaluating and documenting lessons learned that can be transferred to other communities and countries • Cooperate with national and international organizations that pursue the same purposes
How? • Audience: Young people aged 15 to 30 • Message: Training and practice • Responsible exercise of democracy • Rights and obligations of the citizens • Communicate and disseminate views with respect • Conflict Resolution • Motivation to participate in the electoral process • Channel: • Short Videos and other tools (Blogs, chats, motion graphics and innovative ideas) for social networking • Workshops for young community leaders • APP educational game

Operational Steps • Develop strategic alliances with NGOs that work with similar projects and our audience sector • Identify young community leaders • Conduct focus groups to syntonizer project • Calibrate content • Train group of young leaders to conduct workshops in order to develop empathy between participants • Organize and conduct workshops with young community leader • Develop and manage on-line program with youth group as advisors • Multiply effect through friendships among youth community leaders and NGOs´ contacts
Fund Raising • Assure financing at club level and district level • Secure financing from Rotary Foundation • Develop a replicable conceptual model that may be transferred to other communities and countries • Seek financing from NGO to assure sustainability
