  7. I C T • 關鍵階段3 (7 - 8年級)基本的ICT在NLL學院隨時教授予學生，並且學生回家後完成家庭作業和實踐ICT技能。 • 關鍵階段4 (9 - 10年級)採取OCR（線上社群關係）全國資格標準，包括： 所有微軟隨員節目，網站創作，桌面排版，圖形设計、互聯網研究和電子郵件知識。 • 學院之內區域網站稱School Buk，學生能觀看家庭作業材料、coursework並且評論和老師的評估等级。

  8. 「全球夥伴學習計畫」在臺灣 • 2003 年底台灣微軟與教育部簽定「全球夥伴學習計畫」，台灣微軟便著手從創新學校 (Innovative Schools)、創意教師 (Innovative Teachers) 以與創意學生 (Innovative Students) 三個大方向做起。
