Helpful Hints • Use the collaborative norms at every meeting district wide • Internal facilitators need to meet often and regularly • Good meeting notes and a transparent means of communicating them to all stakeholders • Agendas that are proactive • Use your people and build up their strengths • Get involved with lots of other districts and keep your perspective • Don’t be afraid of cognitive conflict

  13. Bottom Line… Do a few things well and deeply; Focus on changing classroom instruction; Learn how to learn together; Monitor your implementation; and Provide feedback to each other and the system.
