  2. PC Group Leadership Changes • Satoshi Nagano has resigned as Deputy due to “real” work commitments • Dr. Tom McLaughlin from the Air Force Academy has joined as the new PC Group Deputy.

  3. PC Health Assessments are ongoing • Each PC reviewed individually • Participants are PC and Group leadership • Excellent conversations based upon content of questions • Great learning opportunity for leadership • Great opportunity to develop/discuss expectations for PC leadership • Generally last about one hour each • Well worth the time investment • Currently have completed 6 of 11 assessments (two new PCs not being reviewed, and Space Station is not viable)

Results Summary Process • Assessment were done based upon a subjective scale • Green - Meets or Exceeds desired behavior • Yellow - Acceptable, but stronger effort could be done • Red - This is a concern item; needs work • Group leaders ratings were averaged per question • Questions were grouped (see next slide for details) into categories using QFD approach • Challenges • Interaction • Membership • Products • Purpose

  7. Space Station PC • Space Station PC is not viable • No leadership or activity • We have reached out to Sandy Magnus to help: • Determine a new rallying goal/objective for a potential reformation • Find potential leadership • If successful, we will attempt to re-launch the PC • Otherwise…..
