Evaluation • Examples of putting learning into practice • Assessed observations of practice • Formal evaluation tool • Evaluation session after 6 weeks
Outcomes • Increased engagement with service users • Increased signs of well-being • Decrease in frequency and intensity of distressed behaviours • Greater use of life story work • Improvements in job satisfaction and morale
