Balmy Beach Canoe Club: Our History • In 1903 the land at the foot of Beech Avenue was donated and a racing canoe club was founded on the site in 1905. • For over 100 years now, the Balmy Beach Canoe Club (BBCC), has served Toronto, the Beach community and its amateur athlete members. • Balmy Beach Canoe Club is a legend . 5. Balmy Beach Canoe Club: Mission “The Balmy Beach Canoe Club is a non- profit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of sprint canoe and kayak racing in the Beach community. The Club’s goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable, recreational and/or competitive environment, for members of all ages and abilities.
