  4. The Water Tank • A heated water tank is used to get the product to temperature. The water flows from the tank to the jacketed hopper and back to the tank to keep the temperature even. • The Temperature Control Box on the backside of the machine is used to set the water temperature to a desired level

  5. The Hopper & Stir Arm • The Hopper Stir Arm keeps consistency with the product. • The Hopper is Jacketed and made of 316 Stainless Steel. • Hopper Support Stand.
