    3. Create and use your own Electronic Business Card Overview: Faster than E-B-C A couple of ways to customize: You can give your EBC professional polish or personal style by adding your company logo or a picture of yourself. And how to share your EBC? Use it as part of your e-mail signature, and customers and friends will see it at the end of your e-mail messages in a format that looks good and is easy for them to save. The rest of the presentation covers these and other topics in detail. 4. Create and use your own Electronic Business Card Course goals Create your own distinctive Electronic Business Cards and send them to others via e-mail. Keep your cards up to date. Control how and when you send an Electronic Business Card.

    5. Lesson 1 Create and send a simple business card

    6. Create and use your own Electronic Business Card Create and send a simple business card What’s so bad about traditional paper business cards? Nothing. But paper means your customers have to re-type the information into their own electronic contact systems—which could mean typos. And, it can be hard to keep the information on the paper card up to date. By contrast, when you send an EBC to colleagues, clients, and friends, they’ll easily be able save the information it contains to their own systems (even if they’re using a program other than Outlook). And, EBCs are especially convenient for Outlook 2007 users. The picture shows why: In Outlook 2007, you can save an EBC to your own contacts by simply right-clicking the business card in the message and clicking Add to Outlook Contacts.
