  2. Library Hours of Operation • Monday – Friday: 7:20 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. • Closed Mondays on Staff and Department Meeting Days: (usually 1st and 2nd Mondays of the month)

  3. Library Use during School Hours • During a Class or Study Hall All students must present a written pass from a teacher to use the Library. From Study Hall, students must present a GREEN group pass signed by the Study Hall teacher. • During Lunch Periods From Lunch, students must present a PINK group pass signed by the lunch duty teacher. All students must sign-in at the Circulation Desk.

  4. After School LMC Use – Monday – Friday: 2:35-3:45 p.m. Reminder: No late buses on Mondays and Fridays

  5. General Rules of the Library The Library is to be used as a quiet area for research, reading and other appropriate activities. In order to ensure that everyone enjoys the opportunity to work and study in quiet surroundings, students must follow ALL school guidelines established for appropriate behavior. • Please respect and consider others. • NO Food or Drink permitted in the LMC. • The use of cell phones (talking, texting, etc.) is not permitted. • Students may use iPods on free time. • Please do not disturb classes using the Library

  6. Borrowing Library Materials Students are responsible for library materials borrowed in their name. Loan Periods • General Collection Books – 28 days • Reference Collection Books – 2 days • Audio Books - 14 days • Magazines – 14 days • DVDs – 1 day

  7. Fines for Overdue Items • General Collection Books – $.05/day • Reference Collection Books – $.05/day • Current Magazines – $.05/day • DVDs – $.50/day • Students may not borrow additional materials if items are overdue or if a fine is owed.
