About Lynn Baskfield • Lynn Baskfield coaches spirited midlife women and older (and a few good men) who want to redefine beauty, passion and purpose in the second half of life. • She has been coaching since 1997 with individual clients under the name SpiritDance. • Lynn holds an M.A in Human Development and is a certified life coach, transformational educator and the author of two books. • She holds a masters degree in Human Development with an emphasis on coaching from St. Mary's University. • She provides Coaching related activities include being a member of the International Coach Federation and its local chapter, ICF Minnesota. http://www.equinecoaching.com/

  3. SpiritDance Coaching with Horses • Sometimes in midlife we lose track of ourselves. Horses are intuitive beings that can show us in an instant when we are fooling ourselves and when we are on the right track. SpiritDance coaching and retreats for midlife women and beyond, Lynn Baskfield has works with horse owners who want to establish better relationships with their horses. • Equine-Guided Education (EGE) and Coaching uses experiential activities involving horses to create metaphors that reflect real life. Coaching Programs • Fire of Living Program: One horse session and two 1/2-hour phone sessions per month or four 1/2 hour phone sessions per month - ($350/mo). • Dare to Dream Program: One horse session or Two 45-minute phone sessions per month - ($199/mo). • Adventure of Being Alive program: Work through unexpected challenges, choices and opportunities. 30 minutes of phone coaching per month to use as needed. - $75/mo (6 month retainer) http://www.equinecoaching.com/

  5. How Coaching Works Coaching assumes you are creative, resourceful and whole. There is nothing to fix. Just as every Olympic athlete has a coach, healthy people have coaches to hold the space of discovery, uncover blind spots that may be holding you back, identify strengths you didn't know you had and remind you of the magnificent soul you are. New clients do a two-hour Discovery Process that helps identify values and goals as part of your coaching process. Returning clients build on previous work and deepen from there. Areas of Development • Builds on your horse skills. • Builds on your human skills, i.e., coaching and facilitation and teaches a complete coaching curriculum. • Teaches how to bridge the horse/human interaction. • This program teaches you how to define and develop your business, the critical element that brings your dream into the real world. Areas of Development • Thirteen months long • Three 5-day Intensives in Ballarat scheduled March, September, February (specific dates TBA) • Small class size, individual attention: minimum of 5, maximum of 10 apprentices per class • Coach training (the equivalent of a 3-day coaching fundamentals class) from U.S professional experienced coach trainer Paula Hemming. • Individual talk coaching sessions in between Intensives for continuity • Solid, proven materials from professionals who have exstensive foundation in the Equine Guided coaching field • A clear structure of support for your learning though out the year. • A tried and true business development approach to quickly move you into your business What does the program include? http://www.equinecoaching.com/
