  2. Details of Contact Lenses • Contact lenses are a scientific invention. • The contact lenses were invented in the year 1887 by August Muller, Eugene Kalt, and Adolf E. Fick. They didn’t work together; they worked separately on the same thing.1.http://www.contactlenseclub.com/contacts/contact-lens-basics/about-contact-lenses/the-1887-invention-of-contact-lens.htm

  3. Advantages • Advantages of the contact lenses: There are different colors and different sight sizes for different people with bad or weak eyesight. Another advantage is that some of the women/girls use it for eye beauty. E.g.: One woman or girl has hazel eyes and wishes to change the color, she can easily buy one of the color contact lenses and put them on.

  4. Disadvantages • Disadvantages of the contact lenses: Contact lenses, unlike glasses, demand care and attention, which you must provide for your own good. Unclean lenses are dangerous breeding grounds for potentially harmful organisms that can wreak havoc on your eyes and vision.1. • http://www.contactlenseclub.com/contacts contact-lens-care/tips/lens-care-tips-not-to-be-missed.htm

  5. Tips for handling contact lenses: • 1) “First comes the handling part. Wash your hands with soap and make sure that they are absolutely clean and dry before handling the lenses. Use a lint free towel to dry your hands. If you take extra care of your skin, ensure that you do it after you have put on or put off your lenses. That is, your hands must not have any moisturizer, lotion, cream or any such foreign element on them when you handle your lenses. For, it might contaminate the lenses, which not only reduces the life of your contacts but is also potentially dangerous for your eyes.”2. • http://www.contactlenseclub.com/contacts/contact-lens-care/tips/lens-care-tips-not-to-be-missed.htm

  6. Continue……. 2) Use the fingertips to handle the lenses but since long nails harbor germs, it is better to keep them short and filed neatly. 3.http://www.contactlenseclub.com/contacts/contact-lens-care/tips/lens-care-tips-not-to-be-missed.htm

  7. Continue……. • 3) Everyday when you get back home take them off if you don’t need them, if you do for homework or a meeting then keep them on, after your finished all the things necessary that need contact lenses, take them off and rest your eyes.

  8. Continue……. • “ No part of the lens should be exposed, for that may cause contamination.” 4.http://www.contactlenseclub.com/contacts/contact-lens-care/tips/lens-care-tips-not-to-be-missed.htm
