What Is Injury? This pretty much says it!
What is Actually Injury. • Harm or damage that is done or sustained. • Breaking or damaging any part of your body. • Disabling or dislodging one or more body parts.
Staying Safe • You need to stay safe when you exercise. You shouldn’t lift too much, or strain yourself. • Use proper safety equipment when performing physical activity. Ex. Helmets, Pads, shin guards.
Tendonitis • Inflammation of a tendon due to muscular strain and/or overwork of muscles.
This is Unsafe!!! Wear a Helmet
End Note • Remember: Always know your limits, and don’t push yourself too hard, because it may harm you. • Use proper safety gear, and think before you act.
