  1. Patient Itinerary GE Web Washington University – St Louis Physicians

  2. 2 • Find AES on the vertical toolbar • Click the Reports... tab on the horizontal toolbar • Find Patient Itinerary. If it’s got a + in front of it, click that to open up the drop down • Click Patient Itinerary for the Web • Note: Your toolbar may look different but the general instructions should still apply 1 3 4

  3. Look up the patient using any look up method, e.g. Name, MRN, appt # and click Search

  4. Click on the correct patient to select that account.

  5. You can hide and un-hide appts as desired by clicking the – (minus) and + (plus) buttons

  6. When the correct appts are showing, click the View Print Version button

  7. Click Send to Printer button to print the itinerary

  8. Click Print. Note: This does not print to a device in GE, i.e. LTA printer. The PC needs to have a Windows printer, i.e. one used to print Word documents.

  9. When you are finished viewing / printing the itinerary, click Close to close this window and get back to the regular display.
