The sugar influx is too much and destroys our body from within. 2.     You are a food junkie: If you are regularly ingesting snacks or high calorie foods, then be prepared to suffer from its consequences. These things are as bad on your belly as they feel good on your taste buds. The high sugar, deep fried or processed food all these make for a bad combination and increases your belly fat to dangerous levels from where it gets pretty difficult to come down. It definitely leads to obesity and can be the root cause for many other diseases. 3.     You do not regularly exercise: If you are lazy bee but go on a fitness routine once in a while then it can become one of the biggest factor of your weight gain. When you exercise to reduce belly fat, the muscles that gets used takes up the energy from the body that eventually results in its reduction. But, a sudden pause in your routine can disrupt the energy level and you again start gaining weight around your belly.

  4. 4. You are midnight eater: This is also one of the major reasons of your weight gain. Not only weight gain, this late night dinner can lead to indigestion and other chronic digestive problem. Thus, shed down this bad habit of yours and start taking your dinner at around 8 or 9. Your body burns fat while you are sleeping but if you are eating this late, then it will definitely add fatty layers to your abdomen. It would be better if you take a brisk walk after eating dinner and don’t go for a whole bowl of calories 5. Don’t take too much stress: Stress is an all-round health degradation factor that have affected every human being in one way or other. You are drinking wrong kind of tea: With a good amount of sugar and cream, you are not giving a healthy twist to your tea. Switch to green tea. Green tea is known to have anti-oxidants that can control your appetite and bring down the fat around your belly. The high-fat tea is not a solution in your case.

  5. 7. You cut down your vegetable count: You should not rely on cheese or fried food. Add on some vegetables in your meals. Start taking some fiber-based vegetables in your meals. It will not pile up any fat and even your digestive system would be working just fine. 8. Do not watch TV while eating: You should not get distracted while eating.
