  3. eChalk New Offerings • Most of the items will not affect LHRIC districts in the sense that we are all renewals. Want our districts to know that now there are other offerings. • Districts can now request a “custom design” for the site to be embeded into the application at an additional cost. • SIS Integration offers a host of possibilities.

Integration Services Data Transfer • Data Certification • One time charge per district • eChalk Data Specialist will provide the district with requirements for data fields, format and processing necessary to complete transfer process and will test data to provide certification • If district lack experience or capacity to meet requirements, consulting can be purchased to complete the certification process • Data Transfer • Annual charge per site • Enables transfer from SIS, LDAP/Active Director, HR database or other data source through the applicable transmission methods • Exact service plan will be finalized during implementation process

Web Publishing Features in Development • New Themes • More publishing options • Additional Color Choices • Consistent Font Style and Size • More Layout and Navigation Choices • Announcements • Highlight an announcement for selected members (e.g. all 12th grade students upon login will see the announcement in a pop-up) • Multimedia Tools • Podcasts • Photo Gallery • Slideshow Creator • Content Library - ability for user to access any resource from any area (Groups, Class Pages, My Account Files, Hosting) and push it to any content area.

Will also have the option to create “units of work” and archive within the system. • Resources: Hierarchical folders and the ability to set start and end dates with folders/resources. Archive resources. • Announcement: Support for multiple announcements with start/end dates
