  3. ABOUTWRITING BUSINESS LETTERS (2) 1. 本课的商业信函的格式与上一课的有所不同: 1) 寄信人的地址位于信笺的正中,且用黑体,这表示的是写信人用的信笺是公司自己印制的。公司信纸上一般在信笺正中都印有其名称、地址和联系号码,无需写信人再写。 2) 在与收信人平行的右上角,有Your ref: (贵方函件号)和Our ref:(我方函件号)。 3) 签名:在商业信函中,如果信不是手写而是用打字机打的,写信人的亲笔签名应写在结尾套语和用打字机打的姓名之间,在打字机打的姓名后还应注明写信人的职务或职称。

  4. ABOUTWRITING BUSINESSLETTERS (2) 2. 商业信函的“C”原则 1) Correctness (正确):商业书信必须写得正确,因为它涉及到买卖双方的权利,义务和利害关系,是各行各业单据的依据。广义的说,商业信函的正确性表现在运用正确的语言水平,叙述正确,数字准确,正确理解和运用商业术语等。 2) Completeness(完整):商业信函必须完整,也就是清楚地表明写信的目的和准确的需求。 3) Clearness(明确):使用的商业用语要意义明确,并且按照内容仔细和恰当地分段,否则就会引起混乱,误解,甚至产生不必要的纠纷。

  5. ABOUTWRITING BUSINESS LETTERS (2) 4) Concreteness(具体):商业信函中有关货物的数量,日期必须具体,以免引起误解和不必要的麻烦。 5) Conciseness(简洁)):避免使用陈旧的商业术语,要长话短说,开门见上,省略不必要的形容词,避免啰嗦。 6) Courtesy(礼貌):商业信函常用的形式是把命令式变成请求式,并且要使用高兴,遗憾,感谢等词汇及表达法。
