  1. Amazing Adventures 2011 School Age Summer Program June 6 – August 26

  2. Kids' Kitchen Cook up a week of fun during Kid’s Kitchen! Children will learn how to make their own snacks and treats. They will have the opportunity to design their own restaurant and learn what it really takes to start up a restaurant business.

  3. Amazing Animals Walk on the wild side with us and learn all about new, exciting animals. We will learn about how animals adapt to their surroundings. Children will take a trip to the Columbus Zoo, design a crazy pet, and monkey around with fun games.

  4. All Around the World Join us as we travel around the globe! Children will make a passport and get it stamped as they learn about other cultures and try new foods. As we explore old traditions, we will play classic games from other cultures. We’ll also recreate famous world landmarks.

  5. The Great Outdoors Get ready to weather it in the wilderness! Your child will get to explore nature by hiking and fishing during The Great Outdoors week. Children can participate in an obstacle course challenge. We will have an indoor camp out, tell camp fire stories, and eat smores!

  6. Summer Olympics Team up for a week of sports! They will learn new skills to old favorites and the science behind the games. We will also introduce new games like water balloon baseball and other wild relays!

  7. Art Expo Discover your inner Monet during our Art Expo week.Children will learn about famous artists. We’ll experiment with color, shape, patterning, and use a variety of mediums. Children will set up their own art gallery to display their masterpieces!

  8. Stars and Space Blast off to outer space to learn about stars and planets! Your child will have the chance to design their own constellations. We’ll learn about our galaxy and how to view the stars.

  9. Puppet Creations Be the director this week as we put on a puppet show! Children can write their own scripts and create unique puppets with recycled materials. They will get a chance to be the star behind the scenes as they act out their plays with their puppets.

  10. Wacky Science Become a scientist and conduct crazy experiments this week! Children will design their own life-sized robots. We will learn how to make some really gross and gooey stuff! Children will even get to visit COSI for even more hands-on experiences.

  11. Island Adventures Discover a land of fun as we wrap up this summer! Your child will take part in teamwork building challenges. We will make our own leis and smoothies for our End of Summer Luau! It will be a fun celebration to wrap up our summer!

  12. Field Trips Our program is enriched by the many multiple field trips we take during the summer. Here are some of the possible trips we will take: • Swimming • Parks • Library • Bowling • Zoo • COSI • Fishing • Hiking • Aquatic Study/Creeking
