How Do I Receive an Application? • Get a paper copy by contacting the college directly (during visits, through the mail, etc), • Check with the College and Career Center at IHS for copies of applications, • Download a paper copy from the college’s website, • Apply online • through the college’s website, • If applying to a SUNY college use suny.edu, • Check commonapp.org to see if your college utilizes the Common Application.

  5. Activity Record • Already given to students during their junior year • Very helpful for teachers and counselors while they write letters of recommendation.
