  1. SKYWARD Attendance Detail or Summary Report Excluding Homebound

  2. State Reporting • Skyward Absent Type Code Homebound is reported to the state as Present. This is referred to as the state crosswalk. • The Include in Total Attendance option is used for absence types that are to be included in generating days absent/present, without requiring the user to select absence codes to process upon.

  3. Skyward Reporting • In Skyward Attendance Reports the Attendance Detail or Summary Report allows you to choose which absent types codes to include in your report. • Exclude Homebound.

  4. Additional Selection before Printing • Minimum Periods Absent: • Edit 000 to 001 • This would insure that your report will only print students with a minimum of one period absence. • That would eliminate Homebound.
