They are fully bonded through ABTA (for non-air travel) and ATOL (for air travel) which means we’ll have complete financial protection.

  6. Safety & financial security Safety Management System NST has already assessed the safety features on parts of our tour including accommodation, transport, excursions and visits. This assessment process is independently verified annually for further peace of mind.

  11. Travel tips - Passports All students travelling must hold a full passport with 6 months of validity remaining on it after the date of our return. If a new passport is needed, it is recommended that you apply at least 10 weeks before we depart. ESTA This must be applied for a minimum of 48 hours prior to departure. No ESTA = No Flight

  12. Travel tips - Money We cannot advise a maximum amount of money for students to take with them. However, any money is the responsibility of the student not staff. We recommend travellers cheques are used and that students carry a small amount of cash in sterling and US$ for use in airports. All serial numbers from travellers cheques must be recorded.
