  1. Changing Indian Fashion Styles India’s fashion industry has transformed significantly in the last decade. The change is not as rigorous as compared to its Western counterparts. Traditional dressing and style are still held in Indian cultures but now you can notice a significant change even in traditional women’s wear. Most traditional dresses have reshuffled towards a modern look. The look of this dress is influenced by global trends. Societies are turning towards secular beliefs. Kurti is the modern form of the kameez, Indian Kurti is coupled with jeans, pants, or churidar. The availability of the indian kurti online makes it the best choice for young Indian girls. The traditional Indian wears are heavily influenced by the Western clothing style. The style of wearing traditional dresses like Sarris, Salwar Kameez, Lehenga Choli have changed dramatically. Impact of Bollywood on the fashion industry: Bollywood has also affected the fashion industry. The Bollywood fashion trends are all about the designer’s trends. Different styles of wearing in movies exerted a deep impact on Indian fashion. Any style of wearing in the hit movie suddenly becomes a hot fashion trend. Movies like Mughal-e-Azam introduced the Anarkali clothing. In recent years T-shirts with Patiala salwar pants have been introduced by the movie Jab-we-Met. These are just two examples, other movies like Baajiro Mastani(2015), Piku(2015), Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani(2013), Aisha(2010) have transformed the fashion industry in recent years. The Indian retail market is estimated to reach $1,672 billion by 2027. These statistics show the fashion industry is remodeled by the enormous girth of the E-commerce retail industry. The emergence of boutiques culture: The emergence of the boutique’s culture can be seen all around India. Different famous fashion brands are available in such boutiques. Famous fashion brands are not only to open a boutique outlet, but common people are also investing in the boutique industry. More people now inclining towards the designers wear due to improvement of the average income of people. These boutiques are also providing a new business opportunity to talented housewives. These are designers whose clients are from different income groups. Conclusion: The Indian fashion industry has revolutionized by following international standards. The industry has come at par with the western counterparts. The emergence of e-commerce also played its role in the growth of the industry. The availability of the fashion wears becomes easier for the masses.
