Purpose To provide you with tools, information and support to: • Effectively apply the learning gained at your Physician Leader session. • Identify and address your specific leadership needs (above and beyond the content shared at the Physician Leader session). • Create a focused process for consistently strengthening your leadership and team’s effectiveness.

Learning Bites Emails • Received every 2 weeks. • Will include tips and tools to apply between emails/webinars for the purpose of • Practicing a specific skill. • Strengthening a specific leadership competency. • Strengthening a key component of team effectiveness. • Tomorrow’s Learning Bites will include: • Needs Assessment (approx. 10 minutes) • TLA Goals

Interactive Webinars • Approximately Every 6 weeks • To provide the opportunity to: • Interact with one another and share best practices on the application of learning gained to date. • Ask questions and share any concerns/challenges encountered in the application of learning. • Gain feedback and additional support. • Share success stories. • Gain new learning relating to leadership and team effectiveness.

  6. Coaching • 2 telephone coaching sessions • Confidential • Opportunity to work through a leadership challenge(s)

  7. PerformancePlus for Healthcare Teams • A web-based tool for your team to assess themselves against the 7 Elements of a High Performance Healthcare Team. • Allows you to take a temperature check of your team and identify areas that may be blocking your team's ability to achieve the best results possible. • Identifies areas of key strength and areas of growth. • Generates team exercises for strengthening specific gaps identified.

  8. Best Practices for a Successful Experience • Develop specific goals to be achieved through this process and revisit them regularly. • Dedicate time every week to applying the tips and tools provided through the emails and webinars • Share your questions and success stories. • Use your coaching sessions Anything else?
