  3. Collaborate with and support classroom teachers to deliver appropriate instruction and enrichment based on student need. Act as liaison between parents and classroom teachers. Assist in student transition from grade to grade Write, revise, and implement the GIEP Administer screening assessments as part of the Gifted Identification process and communicate results to parents Generate trimester evaluations for each student Role of Gifted Support Teacher

  4. Differentiate instruction Pre-Assess Modify curriculum as needed Provide enrichment options Attend and participate in GIEP and GMDT meetings Provide information prior to GIEP meetings. Refer students for screening Implement the GIEP Role of the Regular Education Teacher
