  1. All The ProofWe Need The Message Of The Nativity For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, & the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isa 9:6

  2. Nativity Theme The Nativity presents numerous proofs regarding God and displays them for all who would see them.

  3. 17 For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.” 18 The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness, 19 since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

A physical descendant of David and legal heir to the throne through Solomon, yet not a physical descendant through Coniah. (Jer. 22:28-30) 4. A child born of a virgin in circumstances which validate the fact of a virgin birth as seen in Matthew 1 and Luke 1. (Is. 7:13-14) 5. A descendent of David, son of Jesse, but not until the tenth generation after Perez (Jacob’s illegitimate son). (Deut. 23:2; Matt. 1:3; Luke 3:33)

  14. 6. Born at a particular time (near 4 A.D.) in accordance with the prophecy of Daniel 9:24f. 7. One who would be preceded by a forerunner who would prepare the way as did John the Baptist (Mal. 3:1; Mark 1:1-4). 8. Born in Bethlehem of Judea (Mic. 5:2). 9. Born of circumstances that would identify Him as the Savior and the Star of David, the long-awaited Deliver (Num. 24:17; Luke 2:9-14; Matt. 2:1-9). 10. One whose life would also fulfill the many other Old Testament prophecies regarding Messiah.
