  9. General Order #1 • No Alcohol Policy Applies to all US Military and Civilians • Approvals require ACoS J3 (COL Holscher) approval in Advance • All subordinate Commanders/OICs will ensure their units read and comply with this policy

  12. PERSONNEL • Designated admin personnel will send up accountability reports to the Mayor Cell S1 NLT 0830. • Any changes to personnel status will be reported to the Mayor Cell S1( BLUF: If a Soldier is anything other than Present for duty, It must be reported)

  13. D 106th FMSU (The Finance Guys) Services Provided: Currency Exchange: USD to LVL Check Cashing Limit: $200 for LVL for the ENTIRE FTX Unlimited Cash Exchange Located in the Mayor Cell ( Bldg 17 Rm 24)
