  2. Purpose The reason we are doing this project is to see which brand of cookie tastes best. Hypothesis We think that Chips Ahoy will win because they are our favorite kind of cookie.

The Materials • 1 package of Chips Ahoy cookies • 1 package Great Value Cookies • 1 package Keebler Chips Deluxe cookies • 3 pieces of paper for A, B, C • Marker • 23 pieces of paper for voting • 3 offices to vote • 3 pencils for voting • 69 napkins • clipboard to record results • Pencil to record results • Paper to record results • Bucket to put votes in • 4 tables for cookies and voting.

  4. The Procedure • 1. Clear off four table tops to be used for cookies and voting. • 2. Put 23 napkins on table 1. • 3. Add 1 Chips Ahoy cookie to each napkin. • 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for Great Value Cookies.

  5. The Procedures • 5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for Keebler Chips Deluxe cookies. • 6. Label Chips Ahoy cookies “A”. • 7. Label Great Value cookies “B”. • 8.Label Keebler Chips Deluxe cookies “C”.

  6. The Procedures • 9.Put up 3 offices for voting and lay 3 pencils out. • 10.Invite 23 students to taste test. • 11.Collect ballot and bucket. • 12.Count the votes to see which cookie brand won.

  8. Conclusion Chips Ahoy cookies were the best tasting cookies according to the fifth grade because their taste buds because they have already had them and like them. Our hypothesis was right we thought Chips Ahoy would win too. If we did this project again we would do a tastes test using soda instead of cookies.

  9. Acknowledgements We would like to thank to thank Mrs. Buscher for buying the materials. Mrs. Ledbetter letting Jimmy out of class while they are doing work. Mrs. Larsen because she let Braden out of doing Writing for a day.
