PROGRAM OUTLINE 1 During Gdynia Business Week students: • learn the principles of functioning of a company • gain new skills necessary for running a business (how to set up a company, to make decisions connected with managing an enterprise, setting prices, allocating marketing costs preparing a company budget) • develop their communication, negotiating and teamwork skills,
PROGRAM OUTLINE 2 • divided into groups of ten,students learn by various simulations • the program ends with Stakeholders’ Presentation as well as Trade Show when students present their companies and products and they are assessed by representatives of local businesses • meet with real business people • participate in seminars at which speakers are American and Polish entrepreneurs.
