  2. Warehouse Support System • The Warehouse Support System (WSS) is a complete system with the following features: • Print PO/Pick ticket • Create Invoice • Create ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice). • Print Ship Labels • Reprint Ship Labels • Reports

  3. View PO/Print Pick Ticket Select Print PO. Choose an order number. Ship Qty can be confirmed. The printed document can be used as a warehouse Pick Ticket.

  4. Create (EDI) Invoice Select Create Invoice. Choose an order number. Fill in the appropriate Invoice Info. “Review Copy” of document is displayed. The Send Invoice button sends an EDI Invoice to your trading partner.

  5. Create ASN (856 Advanced Shipping Notification) Select Create ASN. Choose an order number. Fill in the appropriate Shipping Info. Confirm the Qty Shipped. “Review Copy” of document is displayed. “Send ASN” Sends EDI ASN to Trade Partner.

  6. Bar Code/Ship Label Print Select Print Ship Labels. Choose an order number. Press Print Labels to send to your printer. Enter the Shipping Info and format. (Bed, Bath & Beyond Shown) Enter Qty to show on Label. UCC-128 Barcode labels are generated on the screen. Enter Number of labels to print.

  7. Reprint Ship Label So, you printed your labels, but they dropped on the floor and they were ruined. What now? Select Reprint Ship Labels. Enter Order number from the old Label. Verify Carrier info is still correct. Enter Qty and Number to print. Reprint the new label.

  8. Reports Select Reports. Reports being developed. • Customer Sales History • Item Sales History • Invoiced Account • Open Orders • Orders Pending completion • And others…
