  2. Background • Both measures were slated for the Phase I UES Review, but they’re likely not worth the effort. • Staff recommends deactivating the measures without further review. Energy Smart Design Small Office • Packages A, B, and C were “provisionally deemed” 7/7/2007, 1/8/2008, and 3/25/2008 • BPA Database: 0 installations (ever) • BPA Implementation Manual: “Effective, October 1, 2013, this measure will be removed due to expected non-residential energy code changes.” Residential Smart Plug Power Strips • “Provisionally deemed” (along with commercial applications) on 4/7/2009 • “with the proviso that these provisional savings expire in a year, at which time, preliminary results will be provided to the RTF.” • No data were ever presented for residential applications

  3. Proposed Motion • Approve changing UES Measure Status to “deactivated” for: • Commercial Energy Smart Design Small Office; and • Residential Smart Plug Power Strips.
